In line with the Trade Practices Act 1974 and state fair trading legislation, we allow a refund to you as the buyer if the goods you purchased:

  • are or become defective through no fault of the buyer;
  • don’t match your description or sample; or
  • has defects that were not obvious or that we did not bring to the buyer's attention.

When a product does not meet the above requirements, you can ask for a refund within 14 days. You must provide proof of purchase. No refund will be offered if any problem with the goods resulted from your actions.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the buyer prefers, we may arrange for goods to be exchanged, or offer credit to the items sale value.

We do offer a refund if the buyer simply changes their mind. As such we encourage customers to choose carefully.
